the double room was brand-new and well-maintained, perfect for my needs. the staff were friendly and location was marvellous and stunning. it was situated close to a bus stop, just excellent for me.

Well, it was a really comfortable stay on vacation. The staff was super-friendly and very polite, always on hand when needed. The location was great, because a subway station was based close to the hotel. Vaticano Prati district was worth staying in.

The Prima Guest House Collection offered a comfortable bed, and the staff were cute, addressing all our needs promptly. The location was superb, being just a pleasant walk from many major attractions, and breakfast was varied and delicious.

Street noise can be bothersome.

i stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was perfect, with great location near close to metro station and piazza navona and several bus lines. my modern and large room came with a good bathroom and a balcony, as for instance. everything was great, i liked that. my stay was comfortable here.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a writing desk in the room and the very comfy bed. Variety of options, good food.

The location is super close to the metro and bus station, made getting around really easy! The room was clean and comfy and had AC for the heat. Checking in online was a lifesaver since i arrived late at night. I loved that i could open the doors with my phone, so no hassle with keys. Having a supermarket right next door was a big plus for snacks and drinks!

The rooms are really small and a bit cramped. The bathroom could have used better lighting.

Great stay overall! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the metro station. The room was super clean, with daily housekeeping that I really appreciated. Loved the little balcony for fresh air. There were a few issues. The breakfast was overpriced, and I expected more variety. The noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. There was a lack of basic amenities in the room, like a kettle or coffee-maker, which would have been nice. A decent place but could use some improvements in room amenities and breakfast options.

We stayed at a Superior Double Room with 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was a refreshing break. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Vatican and Trevi Fountain.

My wife says that the sink plug was stuck, frustrating .

We arrived very late, but check-in was smooth and the room was super clean with a comfy double mattress. There’s a cozy lounge area for relaxing and a nice corner for grabbing a quick snack from the supermarket downstairs. Just a heads up, breakfast starts a bit late at 8 a.m., so plan accordingly! 😊
